Goodwin Procter, D.C. Office

VVA provided Project & Cost Management Services for Goodwin Procter’s D.C. Project. VVA helped with all technical lease negotiations including turn over conditions, access to the site, approval periods, and MEP service specifications. The project was initially 80,000 RSF on two floors, and Goodwin elected to take over an additional 10,000 SF. The build out featured an interconnecting stair, a multi-purpose room with skyfold partitions located in the embellishment space, standard sized offices, workstations, pantries, conference rooms, and reception areas. The main challenge and achievement was preparing and finishing the renovation of a space so closely behind the core and shell buildout.
