Adam Kavanagh, MRICS, Managing Director, Cost Management

Adam has over 15 years of extensive international experience working on a broad range of projects and providing estimating and cost services. Adam is an expert at communicating with subcontractors, vendors and clients to ensure that the project at hand is successful in schedule, budget and expectation.

Adam has worked on a wide variety of projects ranging from high-end retail fit out, office refurbishments, new-build retail and residential mixed used schemes. His wide array of projects that he successfully executed range from $300,000 to $171,000,000. Adam is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and has applied his knowledge to managing the life cycle of each project from the pre-qualifications to project close out.
