Kasowitz, Benson, Torres and Friedman LLP

VVA provided a full scope of Project and Cost Management services to Kasowitz, Benson, Torres and Friedman LLP. We assisted with the restack of their existing space at 1633 Broadway. They previously occupied the 20th through 24th floors and now currently occupy the 19th through 22nd floors.

Construction consisted of four phases of one floor at a time starting with the newly added 19th floor. Kasowtiz's newly designed offices features a new interior stair serving all floors and supplemental air conditioning throughout the space.
