Todd Stringer, Director – New England

Todd J. Stringer has over 20 years of project and program management experience, specializing in client representation for commercial real estate and construction projects located in Boston, Massachusetts. He is an experienced owner representative and senior director of project management, having managed over 100 complex projects across all market segments, including office, healthcare, life science, laboratory, and manufacturing.

Mr. Stringer has in-depth experience in all phases of construction, including estimating, budgeting, scheduling, logistics/procurement, pre-construction design, project planning, feasibility studies, permitting, code compliance, value engineering, quality assurance in construction administration, and vendor management. He has managed numerous new construction projects for ground-up high-rise and commercial tenant interiors for buildings in Boston, Cambridge, and suburban markets, with scope of work encompassing all user groups, such as core/shell, office fit-out, multi-unit residential, healthcare, laboratory life science, and academia, with additional experience in historical preservation and restoration. His engagement and attention to the high level of detail consistently exceeds client expectations during all project stages.
