Perry G. Vella, Managing Director
Perry Vella joined VVA in 2012. He possesses extensive experience in project management and real estate business services. Mr. Vella’s 35 plus years of experience includes work for many Fortune 500 companies and exceptionally managing projects of large size and scope. He is an invaluable asset to the VVA team.
Prior to VVA, Mr. Vella worked for Deloitte as a Senior Program Manager and was a Project Director for the Americas in Design & Construction; JP Morgan as a VP of Facilities/Project Management; and at Lazard Freres as Vice President of Operations.
During his tenure with Deloitte, Mr. Vella was responsible for the life cycle of a real estate project, which included design and project support, team formulation and overseer, budgeting, construction administration, communications, and go live; he led National Projects initiatives, managed a team of professionals dedicated to the design and construction of national capital projects; consulted on real estate initiatives in Mexico City, Canada, Buenos Aires, and Brazil; supported the national design guidelines initiatives in Mexico City, Canada, Buenos Aires, and Brazil; supported the national design guidelines initiatives; and was a key member in the search for new or additional real estate to accommodate the firm.
At VVA, Perry is a key member of our Healthcare Team and additionally employs much experience managing corporate interior projects for clients across all sectors. And, as Chief Operating Officer Perry works to promote company culture and vision through its operations, leads our mentorship program, and manages the onboarding of new hires to the firm — providing training on project management and the VVA firstname.lastname@example.org
