Lorenzo Vascotto, P.E., Managing Director

Lorenzo Vascotto founded VVA in 1994 after a successful career in real estate, facilities, and engineering. He serves as a Partner and Managing Director of the firm. As a 30+ expert in the real estate and construction industry, Lorenzo brings a unique knowledge and experience, enabling him to bridge both the operational and construction issues associated with complex relocation and construction projects. He has an extensive background in lease analysis and negotiation, project management, engineering, and technology implementation on both new and renovated facilities.

Lorenzo has represented numerous high-profile clients and his experience spans all market sectors. He is a Professional Engineer and oversees VVA while providing personal local experience on all his New York City projects.
