John Jay Crandall, AIA, Managing Director

John Jay Crandall has over thirty years of experience in Project Management of the design, construction and leasing of corporate and commercial facilities. His experience brings knowledge and expertise from both the end-user’s goals and landlord’s perspective. He has been responsible for the coordination, planning and construction efforts for Fortune 500 companies, managing their design professionals, working with their project teams as well as both tenant and landlord leasing teams.

With over 10 million square feet of completed work to date, John has managed numerous corporate fit outs, re-stacks as well as multiple build-to-suit projects in the state of New Jersey. Over the last several years, he’s been called upon to manage and complete over 160 tenant improvement projects along with several capital improvement projects on an annual basis. John’s diverse credentials, intimate market knowledge, technical expertise, extensive experience in meticulous budget control and schedule adherence, enables him to successfully manage any project, regardless of scope, size or location.
