Doug Parker, Office Lead

Doug has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry including project management in the construction, facility and property management fields. He has experience in working through the entire project life cycle from lease review to project close out on projects that include office build outs, building infrastructure, lab and disaster recovery.

Doug works to deliver solutions to complex projects as he works to define and maintain project scope, budget, schedule while presenting potential risks with solutions. Doug develops relationships with the business leader(s), internal business teams (IT, Facility Management, Corporate Communications, Leadership) and all contractors working to deliver a quality project and provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire project.
