Christopher Petryshin, Managing Director

Chris Petryshin serves as the Managing Director of VVA New England office, based in Boston, MA. With over twenty-five years of experience in the real estate and construction industry, Chris brings his unique knowledge and expertise to his clients. Chris worked in corporate real estate, construction and facility management departments prior to joining VVA. His expertise adds tremendous value in troubleshooting operational and construction issues associated with complex relocation and construction projects.

Chris has a great deal of experience in lease analysis and negotiation, project and change management, and technology implementation on both new and renovated facilities. His key competencies include project leadership, strategic planning, international operations, capital and project budgeting, implementation, cost control and relationship management. Chris Petryshin has consulted for prestigious law firms, financial institutions, product manufacturing companies, publishing companies, and schools. His experience spans all market sectors, over five million square feet of space, and an aggregate project value upwards of $2 billion.
