Perry Ellis
Perry Ellis International, a leading designer, distributor, and licensor of apparel, accessories, and fragrances, was in need of more office space to accommodate for growing staff. VVA's Project Management services were engaged to manage the revamp of the brand including the consolidation of their NYC offices. The project involved a multi-phased renovation and relocation of its Menswear and Womenswear divisions. The new construction took place in four phases and within the newly acquired space leased by Perry Ellis.
Project highlights included new showroom spaces, reception areas, private and open plan offices, back of house merchandising space and other amenities areas.
