American Securities, a leading middle market private equity firm, enlisted the services of VVA for the full buildout of the 33rd and 34th floor of its 60,000 SF Park Avenue Office.
The highlights of this architecturally distinguished project included glass fronted offices, partner lounge, boardroom, conference center, and multipurpose room; many areas were outfitted with highly designed custom elements such as glass walls, stainless steel stair railings, art gallery display, elevator lobby stone, and coffered ceilings.
