Allianz Global Investors enlisted VVA to manage the relocation of its New York City Headquarters to 1633 Broadway, a 300,000 SF Class A office space.
The renovations included general office space, a 400 seat trading area, a corporate training facility, and the installation of a new full cooking kitchen and dining rooms. Some of the more complex aspects of the design also included a new six story internal staircase, a rooftop cooling tower, and other critical HVAC and Electric infrastructure.
