Corporate Interiors
Projects
Corporations face significant challenges when they embark on a real estate project. Budgets are often tight and schedules uncompromising. Phasing of the project may be necessary which requires significant logistical planning, and many departments may be involved in decision making, creating a lengthy, challenging process. VVA’s extensive portfolio of corporate interiors experience includes over 6 million sq. ft. of space, giving us a deep understanding of the ins and outs of corporate real estate projects.
Our sophisticated procedures support the entire project team in accomplishing the project goals with carefully monitored schedules and budgets. We focus on consensus building among team members and other stakeholders in the project and work with Purchasing and Compliance Departments to hire other consultants, complete all purchasing and project accounting, and adhere to company protocols. The key on many corporate projects today is flexibility. Many companies are calling for office hoteling rather than permanent desks or offices. Standardized design and furniture options that allow for quick set up and breakdown as well as some individuality are often the best solution. VVA works with the entire project team to incorporate flexible standards onto every project.
One of the greatest challenges on corporate interiors projects is the closeout process. VVA will help with pre-planning in order to reduce the punch list in advance. We perform extensive post move-in process management and keep a dialogue going beyond the move in date until the project is fully closed-out.
We understand the issues affecting corporate entities today and the important role sound real estate and design decisions play in supporting a successful business and a satisfied workforce. VVA provides a level of expertise, logistical planning and skilled project management to Corporate Interior projects.
